WooCommerce WC Vendors Customization

Using Woocommerce, wc vendors free and pro.

1) Put Tick, X and Relist buttons by each product on view-order for sellers order model
-If Tick selected the product images should change to 'Product Unavailable' Stock stays at 0.
If X is selected, stock should stay at 0 but another button should appear, the relist button.
If relist is clicked put item back on shop/inventory up by 1
If no action at all from seller for 5mins test condition- the images must be deleted and swapped out with product unavailable image, stock stays at 0.

2) On wcv orders table/page - there is a column that outputs wcv statuses for shipped. I'm not using shipping actually because it's local pick up only for goods so I repurposed the 'mark shipped' link for sellers to say 'Click if you have met your buyer'. This button changes the order status to completed, which is great. Processing and completed show different output statuses in this 'shipping status column' which i've changed to 'pending meet up' and 'Meet up completed/reservation period expired.' respectively. But I need an output status for refunded like "Reservation unfulfilled". At the moment refunded is just showing same wcv status as processing.

3. Over at customer side, I have a button 'Submit seller-fault' button which should only show up for a period of time. For testing this should be 2mins. After this, customer should not have access to this button.
