WoWonder Leaflet maps page enhancement for promoted listings markers

I use WoWonder script and it uses Leaflet instead of Google Maps javascript API.

I need someone to make it so that promoted listings based on a database boolean will have a different more visible map marker class (ie. larger marker, more vibrant color).

Also hovering over a marker that is partially hidden behind another marker should bring that marker to the front via z-index. However for promoted listing markers, when mouseout promoted markers should resume being in front of non-promoted markers.

Also I need the map zoom level to be dynamic and not static based on the results so that if there are only a few markers in the same city, it won't just appear as one marker which is currently what is happening. The map should be zoomed in so that all results are visible and take up the whole map element or zoomed out to the perfect zoom level depending on the markers that are returned as the results.

I had all of this done pretty good with Google Maps API but for some reason it's not working any longer and it wasn't perfect with hovering, etc. so I would like to try this Leaflet for now.
