Wix / Velo - Button and Logic programming for form / dataset

Wix / Velo Experience required.
We have 2 Buttons connected to Dataset in our Wix / Velo form: A Save Button and A Submit button
* When the user hits save the first time:
* A new line is created in the data set. The only fields that are required for this are the contact name and contact address
* The user then has 2 options
* Continue completing the form to submit or save again
* Finish the form later by entering the FORM ID in that TOP Questionnaire ID Field. When the FORM ID is entered in that field, all the fields will populate with the the data from the data set. The user can then edit or add more data to submit or save again.
* When the user hits save an additional time
* The existing line is updated in the data set.
* When the user hits submit
* The existing line is updated in the data set. All required fields are necessary at this time.
* The new field in the data set “Form Submitted” is changed to “Yes”.
* If “Yes” is populated in the dataset it should deactivate the save button (This will prevent people from saving a form that has already been submitted.
* Every time the submit button is pressed successfully, it should add 1 to the revision counter field.
