Widget development with the JavaScript API for Arcgis

It is an application that I am making in arcgis experience builder. The globe is designed using the javascript API for arcgis because it has to have a button that rotates. Now we have to make the right panel where the co, water and water generate is dynamic according to the layer or entity that the user filters.
At the moment this panel is an external element of the code so it is static.
Finally I need that inside the javascript code I create a panel that when I search for an entity it shows its attributes. Do you understand me ?
