Website and webapp development

I need a complete build of both a public-facing website and a companion web application. Both properties must share the same brand identity, load quickly on mobile and desktop, and be easy for me to maintain after launch.

Here’s what I expect:
• A clean, responsive UI that works flawlessly in all modern browsers.
• A secure, well-documented back end that can scale as traffic grows.
• Deployment to my preferred hosting or cloud account, with automated CI/CD if practical.
• Clear hand-over: source code in a Git repository, instructions for local setup, and a short walkthrough video or call.

Acceptance criteria
• All core pages render without visual defects at 320 px, 768 px, and 1440 px widths.
• Lighthouse performance score of 90+ on mobile.
• No critical or high-severity security findings from a standard OWASP scan.

I’m flexible on the tech stack—feel free to propose what you do best, whether that’s React + Node, Vue + Laravel, Django, or another modern combination—as long as it meets the goals above and can be supported long term.
