Website boilerplate sample

I am looking to create a sample site utilising the following three stacks:
- Reactjs
- Nextjs
- Kendo UI

I have provided screenshots of how I expect the general application should look, but we can also have a phone call to discuss anything missing.

Some requirements:
- Must use the Nextjs app router system
- Must use Kendo UI for components
- Must be written in Typescript

Proficiency in Kendo is required as the only npm packages expected to be used are Kendo UI packages.

- Login/register page
- Home page (any lorem ipsum on here)
- products list page
- product ID detail page
- account information page
