I am looking for a skilled website developer who can create a mapping application using OpenStreetMap or....Google Maps

While I don't have a specific design in mind, I do have some ideas that I would like the developer to incorporate. The website will require 4-7 pages. I would like to be able to search a database using freehand drawing or by zip code searches.
