Branch Management: The system empowers you to create and manage multiple branches, each with specific location details, contact information, and branch-specific data.

Inventory Management:
Efficiently manage stocks for generators, generator engines, and spare parts, with capabilities for tracking stock levels, procurement, and usage.
Also some items in the inventory might have a relation to other items for better research performance such as for example: A Piston is a part of a specific generator in the inventory.
when entering a record, the user should have the ability to choose an item type before entering the info. Each type have its own fields. the admin will be able to create as many item types as needed. For example: an item type such as an engine can have fields different than an Alternator.

Employee Management: Create and manage employee profiles, assigning them to respective branches. Employee information includes roles, contact details, and permissions.

Task Management: A versatile task management system allows for the creation and assignment of tasks to employees. Tasks can be categorized into different types, including:
- Standard Tasks
- Repetitive Tasks
- Asset Management Tasks

Tasks can involve making a request to make a transaction from the stock. ex: rebuilding an Engine might need to get specific parts from the stock such as : pistons, valves,...
Inventory Manager or an admin can check and fulfill transactions from inventory.
Tasks can be created by any employee. ex: office employee, site employee, admin,...
Tasks are followed by any employee but only a site employee or an admin can change the task status or terminate the task.
Any Employee can create a Workflow which contains one or many tasks.
The Admin can create many Workflow templates which contains standard tasks for repetitive workflows. For example: a Generator Refurbishing process has a standard workflow that includes many tasks such as: Engine Washing, Dismantling, rebuilding, ...


Stock Integration: Tasks assigned to employees may involve acquiring parts from the stock in any branch. The system tracks stock usage and facilitates requests.

Client and Supplier Management: The platform includes tools for managing client and supplier relationships, encompassing their contact information, transaction history, and associated activities.

Invoicing: Generate invoices for sales and services, associating them with clients and stock items. These invoices may be customized to suit various needs.
