- understand MeSH in XML format
- understand MeSH XML Data Elements
- check and understand MeSH data (XML)
- check to ensure that all the fields are there
- download MeSH data
- import MeSH data to our system
- check Mesh XMl logic and features
- replicate the reference on our system this is a reference website
- ensure that it will be fast and optimized well (database and code)
