Webrtc one to many audio broadcast

I am looking to broadcast live audio messages (live) not recorded over webrtc on my website.
In theory this would be as a Radio but it must be over webrtc because delivering the messages is time sensitive.
It will be one speaker and all the users are listeners only. no chat, no video, no activity. they will be listening all day long. exactly like a radio.
We are looking to broadcast to an audio player on our website.
