Webflow Form Json Issue

I am seeking a freelancer who can help me resolve an issue with a Webflow form.The webflow form needs to have successful submission, and after submission I need the form data to be pushed out to the webhook.

Right now the form is submitting data, but webflow is not showing a success message.
