Webapp for Email Management & PayPal

I'm looking for a freelancer to create a web application with similar features to Google Suite. The primary target audience will be domain / wrbsites, so the application must cater to their specific needs.
Key Features:
- Email Management: The application should allow users to effectively manage their emails, sort them, and perform basic email functions.
- PayPal Integration: The application should be designed to include PayPal integration for billing needs.
- User-Friendly Interface: The webapp should be simple, intuitive, and easy to navigate.
Ideal Freelancer:
- Experience in developing customer-oriented web applications.
- Proficiency in email management systems and PayPal API integration.
- Strong UI/UX skills to ensure a user-friendly interface.

Additionally yhis is a small brief of the project as below:
Need a webapp like G-suit , which has features like gmail and admin can control all the domains and user of their domain can auto generate MX and provide or hook on to and auto create services for the end user. Additional all emails for each domain has a email pool account where all the emails received, replied , sent , forwarded or even deleted are stored in that pooled account and only the super admin of that particular email can delete or finalise or download the emails and store them , also the email records should have proper auto generate all email authentication and authentication automatically and provision for their respective domain.
Also required billing package and terms and conditions ( non refundable), also required all log files for admint of services can be downloaded and stored for all users with IP , mac address...etc
All features ad in google suite, gmail , yahoomail to be incorporated.
