Webapp development google apps script

Develop a web application based on the use of Google spreadsheets and GAS.

The web application in different sheets will store data from:

- Parameters
- Users
- Projects
- URLs

It is required to have an application that inserts or updates rows, validating data against the parameter sheets, users and projects.

The web application will throw and receive JSON objects in response to received requests.

You will receive JSON objects with variables and values ​​that will allow you to determine if the request was made by an authorized user and if they have provided enough data to receive a response from the application.

You will receive a parameter called action which will let you know what to do in the backend.

action = 1: Validate if the url is registered or not
action = 2: Register new url
action = 3: Update url
