WebRTC with Chat have example sites

I need a functional webrtc chat fully coded with ability to have a super, admins, moderators assigned to one chatroom at a time. The super user will be the only one who would have created the room and is control of all the functions. The super must be able to pass ownership of the room with confirmation before doing so, adding color options on the supers side and allowing admins to be assigned to change these options. I would like the titles and descriptions to be limited in code and in forms to prevent any changes long term. I need it to be like *ezcapechat.com*. If you can recreate this fully in webrtc then let me know the price. The chats must not merge with one another and all rooms are different. There is no single array limited to 255 rooms so you must make it able to hold more than a simple array can.
