WebRTC Broadcasting Site

I am looking to make a basic website, that implements WebRTC for broadcasting and streaming to a server (My own server, not some random company) and saves a copy of that broadcast on the server disk as a VOD. There are open source projects out there such as Pion, Janus Gateway that can do this but I haven't been able to set it up correctly. I would also like security to be a priority from the start, such as secured streams and https everywhere. Something similar to Youtube/Facebook live.
