Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) Dynamic Web Form.
This is a web form that will be used by onsite technicians to record the different work safety requirements
specific to that job site, save data to a database and then print the form to PDF.
We need need extra functionality for the webform. Specifically, we need to add and delete groupings of job tasks (rows), and have the ability to re-order these rows. All changes (add/delete/reorder) should update the database.
