Web-based UI for SAS Integration

Project Overview: Looking for a developer to create a web-based interface for SAS programs.

The UI should allow users to:

-Trigger SAS programs via button clicks.
-Browse and upload Excel files to link with SAS, enabling SAS programs to use them during execution, and -download output files.

Execute predefined SAS code effortlessly.
Support Windows OS.
Basic password protection for user authentication.
