Web application project - React.js local project (or similar

I am looking for a React.js (or similar dev language) developer to create a budgeting application based on an excel spreadsheet.

Functionality:
-Get user input to create the budget
-Allow for edits to entires
-Auto calculate data to be input
-Allow for entries to other parts of the budget

Design:
- I have wireframes/mockups ready for the web application

Timeline:
- I need the project completed ASAP

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in React.js or similar dev experience (asp.net core...etc)
- Experience with user authentication and authorization
