Web application for alarm/event management
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
Alarm management system is intended to collect information from SMS, email and FTP gateways and present it to operator.
System will utilize 3 gateways for data collection:
SMS GW- data forwarded by HTTP using POST/GET method. Script will be provided on request.
EMAIL GW- data gathered to inbox. Email client will be provided to fetch for new emails with particular keyword in subject.
FTP GW- data gather to FTP repository. FTP client will be provided. Supplier can either run crontab to check for folders/sub-folders index change or suggest his own method.
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1) Multilingual support (english as default, translation package provided by supplier);
2) Flexible configuration of users/user groups/resource access;
3) Interactive OpenStreetMap integration (manual and automatic (GPS info based) detector
visualization in real-time);
4) SMS control templates based on device;
5) Modular form reports generations;
6) Event registry with filters;
7) Event statistics with filters;
8) Freely added/removed detectors;
9) GUI interface optimized for mobile devices;

No preferences on the technologies but I'd say however that Laravel frame would make things much neater. As a necessary skill PHP, SQL, HTML, JSON are required to handle data
