Web Extension Developer (React.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Extension Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in React.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript, with a strong background in developing browser extensions. The primary focus of this role is to create a web extension that interacts with a Node.js web API, utilizing authentication handled through an existing dashboard. The extension must seamlessly integrate with the authentication process, check user subscription plans, and dynamically adjust features based on the user's subscription status.
Responsibilities:
1. Web Extension Development:
- Develop a browser extension using React.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
- Ensure the extension integrates seamlessly with various browsers.
- Once the navigator shows up, you need to attach the extension to different email websites such: gmail, outlook…, (You can do this through website’s container classnames)
2. API Integration:
- Connect the extension to a Node.js web API for data retrieval and interaction.(We have already built the node js api)
3. Authentication:
- Implement authentication checks to verify if a user is authenticated through the existing dashboard. (We have http-only authentication logic in our api which is done through a dashboard where you should fetch logged user from)
4. Subscription Management:
- Retrieve and check the user's subscription plan from the dashboard.
- Adjust extension features based on the user's subscription status.
5. Redirects and Navigation:
- Implement logic to redirect users based on their authentication and subscription status.
- Redirect to the dashboard subscriptions page if there is no subscription.
- Redirect to the dashboard login/registration page if no user is logged in.
