Web Developer for interactive webpage with GSAP wanted
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am looking for a web developer that can create an interactive svg graphic and animate it with GSAP.
Skills / knowledge needed are: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG, & GSAP
In essence, I am looking for code that generates the object and let's it travel somewhat realistically along a motion path.

But instead of a fish, I want a bull. It doesn't have to be super realistic, but should look like a black-white scratch. Having the silhouette and some key features should suffice.
The background can be white the whole time and doesn't need to be animated as in the example.
Four/five sections should suffice:
1) Empty white screen with "Scroll me"-invitation
2) Bull in the background walking from left to right as user scrolls (walking being animation, not just moving the object, similar to fish in the example)
3) A scratch is drawn of a little hill with a tree or so on top. The bull stopped on the hill to eat some grass.
4) The bull turns towards the user and the hill disappears
5) The bull gets closer to the screen until eventually only the head is visible (doesn't need to be animated anymore, but the full bull can eventually be replaced by a bull's portrait that is enlarged upon scroll).
This project can lead to follow-up work for other parts of the website, but for now, I'd like to start with the landing page only.
I'm flexible on fixed-price vs hourly hiring, but please indicate how much time you believe to require for the project if charged hourly.
