Web Developer for Interactive Map Integration and Real-Time Communication on Nonprofit Website -- 2

We are seeking a skilled developer to enhance our nonprofit website (hosted on WordPress) with an interactive, full-width embeddable map that integrates real-time communication with our Google Workbook of Users.
The project involves the following specific tasks:
Project Requirements
~~~Interactive Map Integration:~~~
- Develop a full-width front-end embeddable map that allows panning with click and hold and the ability to zoom in and zoom out.
- Utilize Google Maps API for map functionality and search capabilities.
~ MOBILE RESPONSIVE ~
~~~Real-Time Communication:~~~
- Implement real-time synchronization between the FRONT-END map embedded ON website and our Google Workbook of Users.
- Ensure that each user listed in the workbook is represented by a location pin on the ma (general location only - zip code, not street address)
~~~Profile Redirection:~~~
- Enable clicking on a pin to redirect users to the respective user profile on our website marketplace, ensuring seamless synchronization with existing profiles.
~~~Automated Updates:~~~
- Set up automatic updates to add or remove pins based on the users listed or delisted in the Google Workbook.
~~~Search Functionality:~~~
- Add a search function allowing visitors to enter their address, residential area, city, state, and/or zip code.
- Ensure the map zooms into the specified geofenced area with a satellite view of volunteers upon entry of the location.
