Web Developer, 2–3 Yrs

I need a hands-on web developer with 2–3 years of solid, day-to-day coding experience who is completely comfortable building and refining React applications. You’ll jump straight into an existing code-base, ship new features, polish UI/UX, and fix the odd regression while talking directly with me and, at times, end clients.
Because many conversations happen live over video or Slack, clear, confident communication in English at a strong B2 to C2 level is a must; you should feel at ease explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and gathering requirements in real time.
Our stack centres on React, so depth there matters more than breadth in other frameworks. Clean component architecture, state management know-how (Context, Redux, or hooks-only patterns), and familiarity with modern tooling—Webpack/Vite, Jest, ESLint, Git workflows—will set you up for success. If you can bring in performance tuning and accessibility best practices, even better.
The immediate goal is to deliver incremental, production-ready updates that can be merged every sprint with clear git history and concise pull-request notes. I review code quickly, provide feedback just as fast, and expect the same responsiveness in return so we can keep momentum high.
