Web3 Core Engineer for Veltrix Wallet

Job Title: Web3 Core Engineer — Remote
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain production-grade components for Veltrix Wallet and our partner apps.
- Integrate blockchain APIs, data pipelines, and wallets directly into Veltrix Core — our modular, extensible infrastructure layer.
- Stay ahead of protocol upgrades (EIPs, BIPs, forks) and implement relevant changes across systems.
- Collaborate with designers and security engineers to ship user-first, privacy-safe Web3 experiences.
- Investigate complex bugs across chains (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, etc.) and edge cases.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C++.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
- Active or past open-source contributions (especially in the Web3/crypto ecosystem).
- Deep understanding of protocols like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and DeFi principles.
- Familiarity with wallet stacks — both UX and cryptographic mechanics.
- Experience working in distributed teams and open-source workflows.
- Passion for privacy, decentralized systems, and developer-owned infrastructure.
Bonus Points For
- Multi-chain wallet experience.
- Web3 UX specialization or experience working with hardware wallets.
- Contributions to zero-knowledge systems, optimistic rollups, or Layer 2 tooling.
