Budget: $30 – $75 USD
I am looking to create teams of 2 or 3 devs to take on remote projects. The lead dev (you) would be client-facing, and make the big picture technical decisions for the project. You would also review the work of the junior (international) dev, who would be doing the majority of the implementation.
Here’s how payment would work:
I’d pay you an hourly rate $x/hr for each hour that you work
I’d also pay you $y/hr for each hour that the junior dev works.
For example:
If you work 2 hours a day, I’d pay you $x/hr for your work
If the international dev works 6 hours a day, you’d also get $y x 6 for the cut of his hours.
The idea behind this is that companies like to have polished senior devs, but having 2 devs working together leads to a better outcome, because they can check each other’s work and compliment each other's skill set.
