Web Application development using Vercel / planetscale (or other cloud DB)

I am looking for a talented developer, experienced in Vercel, React, and Node.js to develop a web application for me. This application should have a specific set of functionalities, as follows:
- User Authentication: The web application should have a secure user authentication process.
- Interactive Dashboard: Furthermore, an interactive dashboard that offers a user-friendly and attractive interface.

I don't have a particular design or branding requirement for this web application, yet I would rely on your expertise to create a clean, straightforward, and easy-to-navigate UI/UX design. Please pitch your ideas alongside your bid for consideration. A portfolio showcasing your previous work with *Vercel* and similar projects will be advantageous.
We require one freelancer (Not a company) who can dedicate his/her time to us. We need to have clear lines of communication such as a near permanent Zoom call open while working so that any snags etc can be dealt with as and when they are encountered. Our working times are from 8h00 to 17h00 GMT + 2 so the candidate should be able to dedicate anywhere from 4 hours to 6 hours per day to us.
The project will probably take about 100 hours in total over 2 to 4 weeks depending on how fast you work etc.
