Web App that uses Ebay API to search ebay

Hi, I would like to make a basic web app that uses the eBay API to search for newly listed items on eBay from my search criteria. This would update every 60 seconds and update the list ebay style so i can ultimately search for 50 things at a time, and it shows all newly listed items.
