Web App modification

I have a website and app which needs a small modification. The app allows generation of QR/alphanumeric codes and they can be stored with descriptive text by 'Person One'. These codes can be accessed on the same app by 'person Two' simply by adding the code, or scanning the QR code. At the moment a description is added by 'Person Two', but I would like the original text, created by Person One, to automatically load. The picture of the mobile version of the app is attached. All the data is stored on the server, as you would imagine.
