Web App Setup Assistance Needed -- 2

I'm nearing my final year project submission and need assistance setting up my web application project. The source code is from last year's batch and uses the following technologies:
- Rust
- Javascript
- HTML
- CSS
- Typescript
- Sql
- Next Js
- Prisma

I'm completely lost when it comes to making this project live in my environment and those of my team members. I need a professional with experience in these technologies to help configure the project and get it running.
