Wavform Display - LitElement - WebGL

Create a 2D waveform display component. Interface must allow specification of the sample rate and bit depth. Interface must accept buffers of samples and append those to the image. Waveform must scroll to keep the newest information on the right of the component. Waveform must be displayed using WebGL and component created using LitElement. Waveform must display a context menu with the x and y coordinate when clicked. Provide example usage using 44.1khz at 16-bit. Component must be authored on npm for use. Example must use npm. Must work on Chrome. Open git repository must be used for development and supplied on project start.
