I am looking for someone to create a watch exchange platform similar to the stock exchange market platforms. The only difference is this will be focused on all watches.

The aim is to buy and sell watches on this platform.
The process will be the same or very similar.
We will need an stock chart to show the live increases and decreases of prices. This will average all watch selling platforms by use of algorithms and open source codes.
The features of the exchange and what will influence its pricing are:
Year of watch
Condition
Colour of watch
Metal used
Colour of dial
Aftermarket
Factory
Bracelet/strap
Serviced
Accompanies with box, papers, additional accessories (I.e extra links, strap, etc)

This will be a website + app.
Images of watches will be required to help the user navigate through choices.
