WEB Frontend Form (2)

I'm looking for an experienced developed that can build one web page (design will be provided) with:
- A set of questions (forms) to the user
- When submitted, it should contact an API (that will be provided) and will provide a result that should be shown to the user
- At the end of each submittion, it should show all previous submissions.

I need the first working version to be delivered within 24 hours. Improvements and fixes can be shown after.

I will provide all design. I will provide the backend API.

Requirements:
- Technologies: Online frontend / web / react / typescript
- All Source code must be provided.
- Timing must be met (24 hours for first working version)
- Must follow the design materials I will provide
- The interface must call our API as described in a flow to share after award
- You need to provide your github username, so I can add you to the repository. To which you must commit every 2 hours.
