VueJs Permission_based_Authorization

I have a Vue.js project with user authentication, now I am trying to authorize the user with certain permissions. Logged-in User has a permission array, I am trying to use BeforeEnter navigation gaurd but for some reason, the user still able to access them. I need help with fixing the problem in BeforeEnter nav-gaurd.
