Vue / tailwind.css issue

i have a VUE project where I have installed tailwind.css, but for some reason the classes can not be found :(

I need someone to fix it

Please DONT bid, if you not can do it for 50 USD, because its just a small task for someone who got enough tailwind and vue skills.
