[Vue js expert] Refactoring cascading dropdown to be more easy to read and maintainable[]e

I have vue js project and it's dropdown menu component.
I want to refactor it to make it more easy to read & maintainable.
DELIVERABLES
- A new core structure for the dropdown components set up, with explanations for the idea to me.
- If there's additional time before the deadline, the code can be a bit more fleshed out, but this is not a necessity if there's no time - as the main issue is the structure right now is messy, and once I understand the new structure I am capable to finish it.
