Vue.js add 2 animations, quick turnaround

Hey, I have a vue.js app, I need to add 2 animations.
1. Add a few twinkling stars to the background? The background image should stay as is but let's add some slightly moving/glowing stars on top.
2. Button click animation, it works on desktop for now. But it doesn't work on real mobile.
