Vue Frontend Developer

I am looking for a skilled Vue frontend developer to build a web application for me. I have a specific design idea in mind, and the project should be done using Vue (the ideal candidate would have experience with both Vue2 and Vue3 using Composition API). The candidate needs to have experience spinning up applications from scratch (setting up authentication, initial store architecture, routing, error handling, and general app structure). If the candidate speaks Spanish its a plus. Before choosing the candidate we would like to have a Zoom conversation to check on the candidates experience, if you are not willing to do that, please do not bid. This will be an ongoing project per hour where we will tackle various tasks.
