Vue App - Make it responsive

Hi,
We have recently taken over a project and have built a backlog of updates required to get it to market. The most important is to make the existing web app optimised for all devices. We will need someone to apply breakpoints for all pages and optimise all views for Mobile and Tablet devices.
We are looking for someone the can autonomously take over this and also have the capacity for ongoing work moving forward. I am looking to build out a relationship with a developer that can support our project.
The app is built using Vue.js at the frontend and Node as the backend.
I can provide view access to shortlist. Please only bid if you can demonstrate previous Vue experience.
