I am seeking a dual skilled professional - a web developer proficient in D3.js and Javascript to create an informational website. Additionally, this individual should have experience in data analysis, specifically working with accident data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an engaging, informative, and interactive visualizations using D3.
- Analyze accident data and provide meaningful insights.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience with D3
- Ability to translate complex data into understandable results and suggestions.

The data set being used is from kaggle

Mainly 3 visualizations have to be made based on the data set
1. Geographic Heat Map:
Display the intensity of accidents on the map. It captures the regions with the most frequent accidents.
Locations on the map can be made interactive and hover effect can be used to display the number of accidents
Utilize tooltips to provide additional context and details about each accident when the user hovers over a data point.

2. Time Bar Chart:
Visualize the frequency of accidents over time, allowing users to understand temporal patterns and trends.
Implement zoom functionality to allow users to zoom into specific time intervals for more detailed analysis, such as a particular day, week, or month.
Enhance realism by using actual time data from the accident dataset, ensuring that the time scale accurately represents the occurrence of accidents.

3. Circle Packing:
Implement a hierarchical representation of accident data, where each node represents a geographical location (e.g., city, neighborhood) and is nested within larger regions (e.g., states, countries).
Provide tooltips or pop-ups to display additional details about each node, such as the number of accidents, average severity, or contributing factors.
Enable interactive exploration by allowing users to click on nodes to zoom in and reveal more detailed information about accidents in that specific location.
