Visualization with Three.js and Spline -- 2

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a Three.js + Spline visualization for a Broker app, using a solar system layout.
Requirements:
1. Replicate UI of shorturl.at/ALOM0
but with a Purple/Teal theme.
2. Physics: nodes with attributes matching the central node’s preferences gravitate closer; mismatched ones further. Similarly, outside nodes with similar attributes cluster, dissimilar ones repel.
