Visualization Project

I need a visualization project developed using HTML, CSS, JS, Node.js, and D3.js. The project will visualize dynamic geographical data that updates frequently.

Requirements:
- Geographical data visualization
- Dynamic data handling
- Use of D3.js for rendering
- Node.js for backend data processing
- No usage of plotly in entire projext
