Visual Studio Code Integration Assistance

I need an experienced freelancer to help me implement some existing code in Visual Studio. The code encompasses a range of functionalities including user interface components, database operations, as well as APIs and services. Code has already been completed - Front end development with HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Angular and backend with Java Core, Restful APIs, Microservices;

Note the following needs to be done:
1/ Server details to be changed from existing hardcoded implementation to Eureka Server
2/ Extensive Documentation about the current project to be done
3/ Fix any issues with the existing code

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of pre-written code in Visual Studio
- Ensure smooth integration of various code components
