Vietnamese Lottery WordPress Theme Redesign

I’m looking for someone who can give my Vietnamese-language lottery site a fresh, playful, and colorful WordPress theme. The core PHP functionality is already complete; what I need now is a front-end makeover built with clean HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript.

Scope
• Design a brand-new, responsive layout that feels lively and engaging while still keeping ticket results and statistics easy to read.
• Build the theme’s templates, style sheets, and scripts from scratch—nothing from the current design has to stay.
• Select a bright, harmonious palette of your choice; I’m open to your creative lead on colors and typography.
• Ensure compatibility with the latest WordPress, keeping page speed and SEO best practices in mind.
• Hand over install-ready theme files plus any design assets (SVGs, icons, images).

I’ll provide:
• Full access to a staging site.
• A quick tour of existing page types (results, news, FAQ, contact, etc.).
• Prompt feedback on mockups and iterations.

Ideal experience
• Proven WordPress theming skills.
• Solid grasp of responsive UI, CSS animation, and vanilla JS interactivity.
• Ability to communicate in English; Vietnamese familiarity is a bonus.
