Very urgent - Install a JS library and run it with customizations

Hello,

I need someone to install this library: https://github.com/AR-js-org/AR.js

Once installed we need to custom the experience like this:

1) User visit a web url
2) A splash screen is shown for 3 seconds
3) Camera page opens up
4) Different AR experience ar shown: images, video or both
