Velo Project in Wix Booking - Import offline bookings

I need a Wix Velo expert to code with me in Velo this feature into wix booking:
(A) to be able to upload bookings from CSV file. I got from the support this information (as a suggested solution):
"We understand that you want to upload a CSV file with customers who have signed up for your services outside of Wix.
Note that, although it is not possible to import attendee lists for services, you can do the following steps

Create a custom collection in Content Manager and upload a CSV file there.
2. Add a custom page to your site with a button, which we will use to list the uploaded orders.
Use the Query () function for the relevant database, and use checkoutBooking () using the information obtained from the query response.
Use paymentType: offline within the options of the function.
4. Clear the collection using the bulkRemove () function
