Vehicle Management System
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
General Idea:
I want to create a vehicle management system where dealers can sign up and sell their cars for a fixed price or auction them online. Additionally, private users or company users can book workshop time, buy products, and bid or browse fixed price car ads.
The website will have the following features:
1- Used cars for a fixed price.
2-Cars for auction/bidding. Multiple bids page.
3- Webshop for selling fixed price car products.
4- Workshop - users can book time or select fixed price services. 5- Contact us page.
This responsive website will only be available for Norway. Here is an example of car ads in Norway: https://www.finn.no/car/used/search.html?dealer_segment=1&sort=PUBLISHED_DESC
API Car data:
Basic car information will be collected using an API from the stat's website. You will require an API key, which I can provide. Here is the documentation to use the API: https://autosys-kjoretoy- api.atlas.vegvesen.no/api-ui/index-enkeltoppslag.html
API add import:
Authorised dealers can sign up and import their ads from billink.no using XML. Once the ads are imported, they can either publish them on our website as fixed price or auction their cars.
I have attached the xml ads export file.
Template:
I am considering buying this template: https://www.whiteui.store/preview-vehically. This template seems to be pretty much what I require, although it is not designed for Norway.
Super admin: Can login in as any user or dealer and manage all users and ads.
Dealer: Will be an admin for their inventory and auctions where they can manage bids, bidding history.
Private users with or without compnay can login and bid on cars or buy things from shop or book time from workshop.
Ad creating function.
When a user creates a new ad they can start by entering the registration number or chassis number of the car. This will bring the basic car data using stats api. Such as name of the car, model, year, first time registration date etc. I have attached a picture for overview.
Everyuser gets a unique ID to export their ads from Billink. In my case the unique ID is: iautoas
XML WEBPAGE INTEGRATION:
For the development of own website with information from Billink ads. This feature provides an XML file with all information contained in the ads.

This provides a list of all items in Billink, which have been placed "For Sale" and which have been ticked off for publication to their own website.
