Vapi.ai Call Forwarding Troubleshooting

I'm seeking help to troubleshoot an issue with the call forwarding setup on Vapi.ai. We have already set up the tool as per the documentation, but the phone does not ring when calls are supposed to be forwarded.

Requirements:
- Check and correct call forwarding settings
- Remote access via AnyDesk or UltraViewer
- Twilio experience is a plus
