I am looking for a freelancer who has experience with Validator Management and Reward Mechanism in Ethereum PoA. As I want to be fully involved in every aspect of the project, I need someone who can guide me through the process and help me understand the steps involved. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Experience with Validator Management in Ethereum PoA and Reward Mechanism
- Transaction fees must be distributed among Validators
