Validation Error -- 2

I'm seeking help in validating errors and need an experienced professional to get the job done. Specifically, the individual I choose will be asked to design a work-around or fix an existing issue. In addition, I don't require an automated process, rather a manual one in order to keep an eye on the issue from happening again. Lastly, I do have an existing system in place to monitor the success of the solution. The individual I hire will need to be experienced in dealing with validation errors so they can come up with an effective solution. I'm looking forward to finding the right person to take care of this issue and ensure it doesn't occur again.
