User Login Feature On AWS Backend and Frontend Website + iOS app

I am looking for a freelancer to help me develop a user login feature for my website and mobile application.
The language I would like this to be developed in is JavaScript, React, AWS DynamoDb and I do not want the feature to allow users to log in through their Facebook or Google accounts. In addition, I do want email verification for users who sign up via the website/app. This feature should be built on an AWS backend and includes both frontend and backend development. As part of this, I would also like my app to be compatible with iOS.
